Description

OH BOY! I love this piece. Wash Tubbs started in 1924 and ran for over 2 decades with Crane at his drawing board. It is considered the first true adventure strip and so many greats took not only story telling but artistic inspiration from Crane's work. This sunday is hand colored by Crane which was common to show the printers how to color the art for publication. large sized and full of great content.
