Description

Don Marquez' indie series has a lighthearted 1930s pulp feel. Three women run an exploration and transportation business on the fringe of the solar system. In this inaugural issue, they happen upon a distressed vessel whose animal cargo has undergone some distressing changes out here. On this page, crewman Clancy provides them with exposition. His cauliflower ear suggests a background as a pugilist. The second panel is loaded with Kirby Krackle to represent space.
