Phantom Girl and Invisible Kid are doing a little reconnaissance on Corvan IV, when the Invisible Kid suddenly becomes visible and the Legionnaires have to avoid the angry natives.
In the last panel (revealed on the next page), Ultra Boy swoops in to make a timely save.

It still blows me away just how quickly Keith's style changed. Halfway through Issue 306..... BOOM ! Very cool though

A fun page. I always enjoyed Phantom Girl's costume. But then, I always liked most of the Legionnaires' costumes!

Well I've been watching, watching all along
But bringing Giffen, nothing could go wrong, ooh now I know
She has a phasing ability
And make aliens angry
And now it seems I'm spotted, spotted with her

Kid seems to have an invisible punch, yeah
Keith reaches in, and grabs right hold of the art
Keith seems to have a formidable touch, yeah
He takes control and slowly tears them apart

Well I don't really know her, I only know her name
But she brawls harder to win
You're never quite the same, and now I know
She's got something your Legion trusts
Mahlstedt's inking is serious
And now it seems I'm falling, falling for her
