This page is from the final issue of THE ESTABLISHMENT, the british sort-of spin-off from THE AUTHORITY. Ian Edginton and Charlie Adlard produced the 13 issues unifying parts of the Wildstorm Universe in 2001-2002. I loved that they swung back to the pages of WILDSTORM SPOTLIGHT #1 by Alan Moore and Carlos D'Anda, which showed the Kheran warlord Majestros at the end of time, along with the vampiric queen Eucrastia, the pair being members of a group of the last living creatures in the universe.
