Here Eye Am
written by Paul Levitz and Keith Giffen

As we reach the end of this tale, the Legionnaires have freed their compatriots and are locked in a battle with the Emerald Empress. Shrinking Violet shrinks herself down to microscopic size and enters the Emerald Eye. Once inside, she begins to expand, which causes the Empress to lose control of the Eye.

There is bit of Kirby Krackle on this page - completely obscured by the colorist on the published version.
