It's a very memorable cover because of the bondage and helplessness Spidey is put in that makes you want to read the book. It's is one of the most effective compositions of the entie Sal run.

Wow! Classic cover image, THIEFAR, we all remember it well! Absolutely one of those that catches your eye and makes you want to pick up the book and see what's up inside! Covers of these caliber are definitely getting harder and harder to come by. Big congrats on nabbing yours!

AWESOME Sal Buscema Spidey cover that I remember very well.
Somehow, seeing Spider-Man chained & helpless on the cover
of his own book, makes the reader all the more inquisitive to buy
this book and find out which one of the web-slinger's foes could possibly overcome the spectacular one.
Just a really cool & unque classic cover. CONGRATS ON GREATNESS, my blessed friend.
