DescriptionOriginal Cover Art from Johnny Bruck (March 22, 1921 - October 6, 1995).Gouache/acryl mixed media on illustration board. Board size 11 x 20 in. This piece is the cover of edition #24 of the PERRY RHODAN paperback edition called Planetenromane (Planet Novels). It was published under the titel 'Baumeister des Kosmos' (Creators of the Cosmos) in 1966. This artwork was professionally cleaned and the area between the two boards refreshed by Perry Rhodan illustrator Arndt Drechsler-Zakrzewsk (1969 - 2023). This artwork was the last restoration Arndt did for me before he died! Ad astra... Social/Sharing |

Very fitting as his imagination took him to the stars and the heavenly bodies we have yet to undertand.
