DescriptionOriginal artwork from Incredible Hulk #196 (Marvel, 1976), page 23 for the pulse pounding tale entitled "The Abomination Proclamation," by Sal Buscema (pencils) and Joe Staton (inks). This tremendous battle page features the Incredible Hulk going toe-to-toe with his most powerful and ruthless archenemy, the Abomination at a Florida Space Station in which both behemoths have taken control of. This page depicts a key scene in the story as the Hulk faces his moment of truth when he finally realizes that his accomplice the Abomination has duped him into believing that all humans are his sworn enemies. However, the tearful pleas of his beloved Betty Ross frees the Hulk from the Abomination's deceptive stupor and the Battle Royal between these two titans is on once again. Perhaps the BEST page of this entire issue.Intense drama and dynamic battle action in the Marvel tradition, just the way you demand it! Social/Sharing |
