Description

Day 28. Thirty-one days of Star Wars (2025 edition).

Chaos reigns! The epic conclusion to the trilogy of limited series begun with War of the Bounty Hunters and followed by Crimson Reign. At last, Qi'ra will reveal herself to the Sith. At last, she will have her revenge. Nope, sorry, that was Darth Maul. Then again, he was her boss for a while!

Lady Qi�ra and her organization, Crimson Dawn, have waged a secret war against the Empire. Qi'ra acquired the Fermata Cage, an artifact that supposedly suspended an ancient Sith Lord in time. Qi'ra tasked the Archivist with unleashing this device against the Emperor and activated her operatives across the galaxy to serve as a smoke screen. Sensing a disturbance in the Force, Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader have made their way to see the Fermata Cage for themselves and are greeted by an onslaught of Crimson Dawn soldiers. They quickly wipe them out, all of them, in three pages with their trusty laser swords. Erm, I mean lightsabers. So what should come wandering into their path next on page four? Good ol� Doctor Chelli Aphra who is now possessed via her cybernetic enhancements by the Spark Eternal. You know, a sentient artificial intelligence created by the Ascendant cult in their battle against the Sith Order. I�m not sure exactly how all that works, but Chelli looks super cool with the glowing eyes and all the radiant core effects that come from an old school AI possession.

Wayne Faucher (I think) inked this page over printed blue lines on separate boards. Victor Olazaba also inked pages from this issue over blue lines as well.

Two Sith pals strolling along, scheming after a day's work of brutality...and boom, a cybernetically enhanced Dr. Aphra giving them the snark. What could happen from here!? Time for me to catch up and finish this trio of minis and find out! Sweet page dude

She's no Talisa Soto or Alyssa Milano, but if lady She-Ra here is confident enough to stare down Vader and Palpatine, I'm all in on her!
