DescriptionA swirling underwater landscape. This piece is rendered in gouache on 16 field 5-peghole background board. ARAB DANCE is an underwater ballet performed by goldfish peeking through undersea coral formations. The undergrowth has a slow, wavy rhythm to the slow Arabian music. I counted over thirty five fauna among the flora. Artists moniker is in the bottom left corner. His picture taken at work is shown in John Culhane's "Walt Disney's Fantasia" pg. 155.Social/Sharing |

Such a gorgeous work. You can imagine so many parts of this painting could be the setting for multiple scenes.
