DescriptionThe Mercenaries have been hired by a village of pearl divers to teach them how to fight the tribe that’s been raiding them. But nothing is going as planned: their clients won’t fight, their arms dealer plans to betray them, and after that doesn’t work the guns they bought wind up in the bay! A lot of plot developments for one page—Thank you, Mr. Kanigher. Catan’s spotty blacks work on this serious, often-cramped jungle adventure. G.I. That wordless panel is so good! Catan knows just how to tell a jungle story with lush lines.
