Description

The last addition to the sketchbook at OAX was this painted King Kong by Tony Moy. He admitted that he ended up choosing some non-traditional colors for Kong but I told him I loved the choices. These to me nicely represent the calm/tender side of Kong that is very much part of his character!

Great choice in color scheme as his docile expression indicates a calm stillness being as one with his environment.

The colors are actually very nice. It's a different look for the subject matter but it works well!
