8.5x12" artboard w/John Paul Leon's line art transferred to this stat, which was then hand-painted by Milestone colorist Noelle Giddings, utilizing mixed media. This original color art was then used to produce the actual comic book cover. Static #7 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint December 1993. Cover shows Commando X grabbing Static. Title and artist names written on back of artboard. Light edge and corner wear, but in Exc. condition.
