Colpisce la scelta, negli anni '80, di pubblicare su Topolino il saluto romano e il fascio, seppure come riproduzione fedele del manifesto dei Mondiali di Calcio svoltisi in Italia nel 1934. Very smart of Disney to latch onto futbol fever in the rest of the world as their readership tends to be strongest amongst South America and Europe! The stipple artwork for the team picture is a nice contrast to the cartoony Disney style.
