Description

Cimiteria tells Quasimodo of a perfect plan to foil an assassin and they set it up and wait with their two dummies for the strike. Their dedication to the job, with its long wait in the dustbins, pays off as they successfully trounce the trouncer.

As I don't have a copy of the book I don't yet know the full result except, in the next page, the hitman's carbine is shot out of his hand and he appears to run away.
