Chris Bachalo......i bought this from Scott Eder so no great story directly associated with the art (Scott was awesome to buy from) but it is an incredible double page spread and is just something else to look at.
my only 2 "interactions" with Chris were one year i went to wondercon and he was doing a signing. i walked up and before i could say anything someone said "the line's over there" and i saw what looked like the absolute longest line i've ever seen in my life. i'm talking i'm pretty sure it snaked the whole con. i had already been through frank miller's line and i didn't have the energy to do another one like that. years later (more than 10) i bought this page. it isn't signed though. i emailed Chris if i could mail it to him so he could sign it and he agreed!! but 2 things happened. first, i immediately changed jobs and lost that email. second, i panicked and wondered about everything that could go wrong in transit. so i never reached back out and i never got it signed....yet.
life goal is getting both him and Neil to sign it.
and Mark if i'm lucky.
and whoever lettered or edited it but i don't want to be greedy

Good signatures to have, but not needed. The artwork is the show and no one has ever turned down published art for not having signatures. This is a very strong DPS that Bachalo designed to read like a fairytale for Gaiman. The combination's collaborations have been nothing short of breathtaking.
