DescriptionKolins did a great job of capturing her cape, which is transparent with a digital dragon display moving around it. Couple that with a superpower of acid breath, and she is easily one of the most ostentatious Legionnaires. (Which is quite an accomplishment.)Social/Sharing |

A super complicated and elaborate character to draw as it's almost a two character commission from Kolins.
