This page concludes the story of issue 33 of the latest Darth Vader series from Marvel, written by Greg Pak with art by Adam Gorham on this issue. BEST PAGE IN THE BOOK! IMHO In the previous page I posted from the issue, Sabé meets with Vader after a crash landing on a green planet. Here we go into a force induced trip/vision showcasing the history of Padme/Queen Amidala and her double Sabé (played by my late 90s era teenage celebrity crushes Natalie Portman and Keira Knightley respectively in Episode 1: The Phantom Menace lol). Love the content and the dark atmosphere brought out by the drowning into skulls imagery of this force vision. It may not be a Vader page but it's one of the best Amidala pages I've ever seen in comics! Happy Star Wars Month Social/Sharing |

Best page in the book? Nay! I'd argue best page across the whole story arc. So glad you were able to snag this one!

you just may be right about that!! thanks man - this was the one they mixed up and sent to the wrong buyer after the art drop too - worth the extra hassle/wait

I was confused by the 'glasses' until I saw the effect in the color image below. Love all the skulls!

Ah, the infamous "Splash sent to the wrong collector" finally rears its beautiful head! If you're an Amidala fan, I can't imagine it would be easy to track down an even better example than this one. Happy Star Wars Month, brother!
