Description

This is the last of the 3 Mac Raboy Flash Gordons that I managed to pick up.

It was an odd set of circumstances as I had wanted a Mac Rayboy Flash Gordon for a few years but could never find one for what was a fair price in my opinion. I feel this was the pinnacle of his artwork. A series of circumstances all happened at one time and I picked up 3 Sunday strips.

Mac Raboy's work is incredible with detail expressions, great line work truly some stunning work.

It's a great Sunday with Raboy's inks that look like he stitched in the ink with a fine needle. Especially nice are all those fancy hairdos of the 50's that then look to be scaled up as the smooth mountain formations with all those arcs by ink brush.
