Captain Britain vs. The�Fury by Tom Fowler and Michael Woods

Like all good people, Tom Fowler and I both love Alan Davis's work. So I was overjoyed to get this piece from Tom of Captain Britain going at it with the Fury that is a total tribute to Alan's run on Captain Britain. Tom also threw in Meggan, Captain U.K., and Psylocke in her first Captain Britain costume! Brian Braddock ripping the head off of the Fury is exactly what�I've always wanted to see, and Tom�delivered�this violent moment perfectly. It's powerful and disturbing. And look at those facial expressions! Tom is�such an awesome artist. Michael Woods wanted a shot at coloring this one, and since he did such a great job on Tom's Beta Ray Bill piece, I knew he would rock it on this one, and he did! I love how the colors of the sky match the colors of the Fury, and Captain Britain�stands out from the rest of the piece. Big thanks to Tom and Michael for their work on this commission!

The color palatte is very well chosen, adding to the dark nature of the scene. Brutal!
