Description

During a contract dispute with Marvel Comics in the late 1970s, Dum-Dum Dugan jumped shipped from his Howling Commandos unit, ditching his trademark bowler hat for a scuba mask, and briefly joined DC Comics for this "A Fighting Frogman Feature!" in G.I. Combat.
