Google translate thinks maybe the kanji reads "good for 10 years" which makes sense. It also think it reads "I have a child" which also works in retrospect.

Roby Amor was made for this! The glow on Batty hair is so bright as a contrasting element to reset and refocus the eyes to see the details even more around it.
