DescriptionOriginal hand-painted animation cel and matching drawing (douga) set from the classic Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust. It features a great large image, and the douga is also stunning, with a mix of what looks like black, blue, red, yellow, and green pencil work! Each piece measures approximately 13 3/4" by 9 1/4", and is a standard 3-peghole cel and drawing. If you hold the cel up to light it always looks like there may be some small chips out of the paint, but otherwise it is not very noticeable. It is rare to find any artwork from this legendary series, a cult classic movie from Japan and classic of the genre. This is an outstanding set of 2 collectible pieces that would look amazing framed and prominently displayed, and is a must-have for the collection of any VH D fan.Social/Sharing |
