DescriptionAlberto Vargas – Vargas Girl Pin-up done for a June 1969 adult publication. Original caption read "Who can think of anything funny to say at a time like this". An almost identical painting was subsequently commissioned by Hugh Heffner for the December 1976 issue of Playboy, with the caption reading "You can afford to go 'Ho, ho, ho'; yours is a pillow". The Playboy version has some notable differences including a slightly more translucent nightgown, a more exposed shoulder, and a slightly more adult expression and hairstyle.Social/Sharing |

Nice Vargas piece wrapped in a bow! All the great Vargas glamor girl features to tease. If you undo the bow, the surprise would be that from now on, you'll get more meaning out of Father's day.
