DescriptionDune: Paul Muad'dib Atreides “Long Live the Fighters” by Daniel GovarOver the two films Denis Villeneuve’s adaptation of Frank Herbert’s Dune became a high watermark for epic science fiction. And were maybe my favorite films of the year they were released. I have been a fan of Daniel Govar for years his watercolors are unreal and are truly something to be hold when seen in person. I thought he would be a great fit for a piece based on these films and I was very fortunate to discover dune is one of his favorite stories.. this is an incredible piece and really something special. It was also just a joy to have several conversations about the film and various adaptations of the books with Daniel. Social/Sharing |
