Elastic Lad by Steve Lieber and Michael Woods

This commission was a reward for backing one of Ron Randall's Trekker Kickstarter campaigns. I have been a fan of Steve Lieber's art ever since he was drawing Hawkman in the 90's, and more recently, I absolutely loved his Jimmy Olsen series that he did with Matt Fraction. So when I got a choice for a single character commission, I had to go with Jimmy as Elastic Lad! Steve delivered this delightful Elastic Lad playing around in the Batcave, which means more if you read Jimmy's interactions with Batman in his 2019 series. I then passed this on to Michael Woods to color, and he very quickly produced this gorgeous colored version! Huge thanks to Steve and Michael for their efforts on this commission!

This is like a two character commission with the Batcave having an distinct identity of its own. Real cool throwback to Jimmy's imaginary tales era!
