DescriptionX-Men 97 Spoilers (I hope you have watched it by now!)The first half of the season of X-Men 97 had us guessing who the big bad would end up being. After all the initial build-up, I was a little meh that it turned out to be Bastion with so many classic villains from X-Men's rogues' gallery available. The show, however, made him shine! By the end, you hated him but could also semi-rationalize his motivations. Since this page came out in 1996, I figured there was no way it hadn't sold years ago. Fast-forward to the 2024 HeroesCon, and Ken from 4c messages me that Pasqual brought some art I had to see. Thanks to a buddy's help, I'm happy to have grabbed this page! Dude, nice find, 30 years later! Them 4C folks have been known to work some small miracles, I hear. And this is the the first page with Bastion, too! SWEET. Was great for me to meet Pasqual for the first time at Heroes, too. Congrats!

The fact that there's a spoiler warning for X-Men 97 is itself a spoiler (but thanks for the warning!).
Anyways, I forgot Bastion showed up this early (I thought it was in the 340s), but cool first appearance pickup! Congrats!
