Description

Have been looking for a great Black Cat image from Frank for awhile, so it was difficult to resist this piece during a recent ComicSketchArt Whatnot during one of Frank's con appearances. Still not quite an OUTRAGE piece, but getting closer!

Gotta love that crosshatching on Felicia's outfit!
