DescriptionI already own two published Kevin Nowlan covers -- one for Action Comics and one for Dr. Strange. But I can never resist Kevin's art and this 11" x 17" commission was too perfect not to pick up. Batman's complete lack of expression and the Joker's realization that he might have crossed the line this time are just pefect, as are the luscious inks.Social/Sharing |

Ha ha, you can just hear the Joker: "Aw man, again?!" :) Mayhaps it's an elaborate trap, though?! Sweet Nowlan example, congrats!

A great addition to your Nowlan collection. Doesn't really get much more iconic than Batman and Joker. Kevin does another great Batman here, but this Joker is probably one of the best I've ever seen him do. Congrats buddy!

Great cowering and facial expression from the Joker. His only remorse is that the Batman found out about his crimes and he will certainly get a pummelling from Batman lording over him.

Kevin Nowlan is a master of comic art. And this Batman/Joker commission is another masterpiece. There's just something about Kevin Nowlan's art that never fails to thrill. You've got Batman standing magestically at the top of the scene. Because of the angle, he stands taller than the tallest skyscraper, but metaphorically, it's true. And then you've got the Joker, cowering before the Dark Knight, his face expressing an exasperated, "Not again?" The whole commission is just perfect, every detail seems right and proper. Jawdropping pick-up, congrats!
