11.5x16.75" art board contains original pencil and ink art for the cover of Wacky Races #4 for Gold Key Comics. August 1971. Art by Jack Manning. Great image featuring Dick Dastardly and Muttley hanging from the moon and thumbing for a ride while the Creepy Coupe flies above a stacked pile-up of cars (Compact Pussycat on top, Bulletproof Bomb, Arkansas Chugga-bug, Turbo Terrific, The Crimson Haybailer and Army Surplus Special on the bottom). Lt. aging/wear. Paper shows some lt. tanning next to margin as once framed. Still Exc. Gary and Dawn Guzzo Collection.
