15" x 10" image area. Ink over graphite on Bristol board. Worlds Finest Comics #254 Page 4 GREEN ARROW AND ARROWCAR. Trevor Con Eeden and Vince Colletta.

Looking like it was taken right out of the Silver Age, this beautiful page shows Green Arrow reminiscing about his love for the Arrowcar and American nostalgia with the automobile. I'm not a Green Arrow fan, nor ever planned to buy a single Green Arrow page but the rare images of his Arrowcar and the story-telling about its various features, were just too irresistible to pass up. Green Arrow exactly sums up the love of the automobile with most males, myself very strongly included, which is why I couldn't let this page go!

Von Eeden was only 18 years old when he drew this story. He was quite the prodigy!

Really cool as this was about the time period that a lot of those Green Arrow stories were reprinted in the 100 pagers to remind us of the glory of Green Arrow's past before the Adams redesign. This has a bit of both the old and new, all in one!
