Description

Stephen Bosustow was an Academy Award-winning animation producer, who was one of the founders of United Productions of America. He served as producer on the 1950s Mister Magoo cartoons, for which he won two of his Oscars.

Apparently, he often drew these Magoo heads on these sheets of paper from the International Animated Film Society.
