Lovely figure and costume work and cool dragons make for a very nice fantasy page! That last panel almost looks bondage-y but I don't think her hands are tied, just blocked by a dragon wing ha

Estrada and Tanghal bring 70's high fantasy illustration in each and every panel! The central figure of Amethyst looking down and breaking borders is the good girl look that is the crown jewel of the whole page!

Wow! Very cool to see this page, I owend it close to 40 years ago in my early teens, really one of the earliest pages of original art that hooked me into this hobby.

I never read this series, but I remember really loving the 12 issue maxi-series and have a soft spot for Amethyst because of that. I'd love to see the maxi-series collected so I can read it again! Anyway, this is a very strong page in terms of content quality. I don't recall you ever mentioning you were a fan, Rick, but I'm glad to see it!
