Here is another piece in the gifted/freebie portion of my gallery that's a bit outside the normal for me (not because it's X-Men related, because it's a second hand convention sketch).

During a previous online Comic Art Live convention, I bought a few pieces from a fellow collector/seller during the show and he threw in this bonus White Queen Emma Frost convention sketch (done on a sketchbook/notepad paper, I cropped the square hole punched paper on the left side of it out with a nice proper scan) done by Rafael Navarro in 2004. I had not heard of the artist previously but there are a handful of other convention sketch style pieces by the artist up on CAF.

Anyway it's always cool and appreciated to get a bonus throw in piece from someone in a deal, so thanks to Malvin V for the fun Emma Frost in this cartoonish style by Rafael!

Well done. I'm a fan of Navarro's work and his creator-owned book, Sonámbulo. Nice guy, too. I ended up geting a Satana piece by him.
