Description

I picked this page up during a dueling dealers' episode. I have never read this title or can tell you anything about the characters/plot. but I love the Atmospheric setting of the page. The one character Gaslamp with the top hat walks the dark foggy night and runs into another creature of the night as a young Beast spies on them both. super creepy and I love it! ordered the back issues to read this title. Ramos captures the mood perfectly.

For some reason, Ramos chose this title to go all out with illustration! It's next level stuff you don't see in his current Spidey work. This must have taken him more time per page than anything else he'd done up to this point.

This page drips with mood and atmosphere! I used to hate Ramos' art, but slowly began to appreciate it as he tweaked his style over time. I have to say that this is nicer than anything else I've ever seen him do!
