Description

Many thanks to my dear friend Frank, who was so kind to sell me this sketch from his vast collection. This finally buries my Manara trauma. Tried him several times at shows. Rolled the dice to get a sketch like a maniac and always failed. With his age and him - I assume - avoiding German festivals after his dreadful experience at the Munich show where people were said to chase him to the toilet to get a sketch, I gave up to ever get something from him.
This one therefore is precious to me and especially as it is from my good friend Frank

Very nice pen line. Consistent throughout with a fully formed scene looking out to the ocean that representative of the story of the settlers experience in the new world.
