Published 1993 by Skybox

Lady Quark, created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez, first appeared in Crisis on Infinite Earths #4 (1985)

The lone Survivor of a planet consumed in Crisis, Lady Quark is recruited by Vril Dox to become a member of the L.E.G.I.O.N. in issue #18. She is apparently killed in issue #62.
Lady Quark has the ability to absorb and emit nuclear energies. She can direct these energies as percussive forces from her body. Her powers allow her to fly and travel through space.

Wait a second. When I was reading Crisis on 1985 and Lady Quark appeared, that was the first time she had ever been seen in a comic book? There were already hindreds of characters to draw, I wonder why they decided to create a new one for that story. Either way, this version by Kitson is va-va-voom!
