DescriptionOver the past 2 years I've asked Michael Golden for different characters on Micronauts blank sketch covers. Some characters based on the toys he never drew before, but others like Marionette were staples of the series he drew many years ago! I'll try to get a new one at each show I go to that he attends until I run out of covers, or he stops doing shows. For this one I gave him reference of Farrah Fawcett who Michael originally modeled Marionette's hair after. It came out beautifully!Social/Sharing |

Fantastic! It looks like the Michael Golden of old. Giving him Farrah as a refernce really paid off!

Hottest star of her time coinciding with Micronauts #1! It'd be interesting to see who you would choose for Golden to model the rest of the team.

Loved his work on Micronauts, and glad to read that you hope to keep getting Micronauts sketches from him! (If I ever had the chance, I'd like to get a sketch of one of my favorite less-remembered supporting characters from the book: Slug.)

Yes, I'm also a fan of the more obscure characters from the series: Slug, Dog Soldiers, Prince Argon, Prince Shaitan, Dallan and Sepsis to name a few.
