I know this is a shock to everyone that I like art featuring The Elementals, especially to a certain collector who runs this site! ;) When I saw Mike Gustavich post this commission on his Facebook page, I jumped all over it! I loved Mike's art on the Justice Machine (I own the first cover that Mike inked over John Byrne). Mike even inked the first cover featuring the Elementals over Michael Golden on the Justice Machine Annual. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and talk with on FB. I find it really cool to see someone other than Willingham draw these characters who really need to have their book published again!

All the elements represented with such force! So cool that his current art surprises in detail and quality while still maintaining the indie feel of the 80's.
