Description

Chaotica, the daughter of Lady Death, is finding it difficult to control her massive magical energies. Here, she obliterates the werewolves that she was merely trying to stun. But one is left to avenge them…. Chaotica: Spellbound # 1, page 3 (2004).

Rodrigues’ simulation of motion on the coruscating blast impressed me. And then I saw the detail on the costume, the rescued girl’s clothes, and the werewolf – wonderful!

Really ncie with those pencil blur effects! They try so hard to emulate that in video games! You focus on the woman and child right away even though it's such a small element of the page.
