Description

Generation X was probably the last great original X-men book of my prime comic reading years. The whole concept of new students and new teachers was pretty refreshing after the X-men moved away from the original school for mutants concept for a while. The stories were fun and well done and even when Bachalo needed a break they had some great fill ins.. like this issue by Tom Grummett . So when my buddy Mike was letting stuff go and he showed me this great splashy page of Husk and Jubilee , how could I say no!

Gen X was a favorite of mine as a teenager. Loved Bachalo, but if he's going to take a break, you can't go wrong with Grummet!

A fill in and Husk filled in quite nicely on this large featured image. She stands much more statuesque here than when Bachalo draws her. The way she sheds he skin to resemble a long dress while she changes molecular form makes her look even elegant.

Lovely image of Husk! Her powers have always been unique, interesting, and grotesque.
