Description

From the story Killers part 2, A first page as the Gentleman Ghost introduces himself to a person who killed the parents of Hawkgirl. He plans to use this person to get back at the hawks to even the score when they killed him in a previous lifetime. I love Don's pencil's as he gives the Gentleman ghost some real substance. The swampy Louisiana background gives this the perfect atmosphere for a ghostly haunting, Prentis really compliments Don's pencils with his inks on this page.

I can feel the outline of Gentleman Ghost within the clothing and in the blank spaces contolled by Don Kramer's framing. The effect is odd and yet still satisfies that there is something tangible holding everything together in space.

You are right Marcus. You think it would be easy tp draw a ghost. Don did a superb job Making him feel ghostly and still not going verboard with it.

Great piece. I loved Gentleman Ghost as a Hawkman villain and thought Kramer was awesome on this issue

Thank you Dwayne. I love the gentleman ghost. And I am a big fan of Don's pencils from his JSA run. he really did a nice job this issue.
