My OAX Live 2024 purchase. A page near the end of the Universe X Special: CAP by Thomas Yeates and John Totleben. I saw this and knew I had to have it due to A)It being a Universe X page and most importantly B)Being a very unique pair of artists in Yeates and Totleben. Didn't have anything by Totleben (plus its signed by him as a bonus) in my collection so was happy to snag this!

So BEHOLD!!! CAP sacrificing himself in order to protect the child MarVel who will remake the world and the afterlife as they know it!

Great pairing of long time Swamp Thing artists that both know a few things about illustration. This story is presented with tragedy and hope. An old war hero leaving this fight for a new generation.
