The rest of the issue was inked by Tom Palmer. Anyone know why this page would have gone un-inked?

HA description: In this Secret Wars II tie-in, the Silver Surfer and the Molecule Man combine their incredible powers to reverse the Earth-shattering damage caused by the all-powerful Beyonder. Pure graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The page was published with two text boxes, neither of which are included here.
