DescriptionDoom vs Surfer by Erik LarsenThis art was done by a pre-pro Erik Larsen in 1981 when he lived up in Bellingham Washington, it measures about 16"x20" and features Doctor Doom standing over a fallen Silver Surfer! You can see the complete Kirby influence all over this piece which Erik openly talks about his love for The King! That's cool! He did this out of love for Kirby who is still a big influence on his work on Savage Dragon!
