Description

Had a lovely time chatting with Yuko before her line became crazy long with the arrival of her books to sign (the new Godzilla pop-up book). Surprisingly she had brought no prints/books of her own, or any art to sell, choosing to come down mainly to give talks on her creative process. She also wasn't taking any sketches or commissions, as she vastly prefers to work in solitude in her own studio - but was happy to do little doodles or remarks on items brought for her to sign.
Thankfully, she agreed to add a little doodle in my musical themed sketchbook which was a little nicer than her standard choice, as I was patient enough to wait for a lull in her line (it also helped I was wearing her Bruce Lee designed shirt for the WB100 project which she insisted on defacing with a signature :P)
