Description

17" x 11" image area. Ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board. Vigilante #23 page 20 original art (DC 1985). Tod Smith and Steve Mitchell.

The Vigilante continues to cut a bloody swathe of bodies in the name of justice. He breaks into Charles McDade's limousine and shoots he and his lady friend Mona Simpson to death.

Thrilling escape by the Vigilante who jumps higher like Luigi than Mario does.

Lots of great panels on this page. Excellent use of zipatone in that atmospheric middle panel. Dishing out justice one body at a time. Looks like it was two in this case. Nice pick up!
