Description

Christmas detective work completed :-)

I got a Kari's cartoon with the subject of the school council; in the picture are Donald Duck, Asterix, and Lee Van Cleef; the actor from spaghetti westerns.

There was no date in the original, sigh...
Well, first I checked from Wikipedia that there were school councils from 1973-85, then I started browsing through Kari's annual comic books from 1973 onwards, they don't have all the works, but at least something... And then I found this picture in the third one :-)

It looks like the elementary school students have concentrated their voices

After its first appearance in Helsingin Sanomat newspaper on 21.11.1975 this cartoon was published in "Herran pelko on herran alku" book in 1976. ISBN 951-1-04079-0
