Welcome to the Inkwell Awards' JOE SINNOTT LEGACY INKING CHALLENGE! These events are tributes to the extraordinary life & career of artist Joe Sinnott (1926-2020) who was the Inkwell Awards first special ambassador and Hall of Fame namesake. He spearheaded the first eight years of Inking Challenges until his passing. The ongoing "Legacy" Challenge will feature former art partners (and friends in many cases) Joe worked beside on various runs at Marvel. In this case, Al & Joe had a long collaboration on both the Avengers and Avengers West Coast in the 1980s and teamed up for several covers from the 1970s-1080s, including on the Incredible Hulk which Al felt inspired to draw for the recent program.

This page of art is slightly wider than 11" x slightly smaller than 17" on 2-ply board has exclusive blueline (printed) pencil art by legendary artist ALLEN MILGROM and it was hand-inked by artist SCOTT KOBLISH, then signed by both artists and donated to the non-profit Inkwell Awards. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, authorized, numbered and signed by Inkwells' director Bob Almond with the name of the inker. Many of the scans were made before being signed by Al. These are low-resolution scans that do not showcase the actual high quality of the artwork.

NOTE: All have a small copyright disclaimer printed underneath the image. The blueline pencils are NOT included. The CoA image file of the page backside shown represents an example of the rest with slight changes like the inker name.
