Description

This is a Dragon Girl done by Jim Cheung for the 2024 Lake Como Comic Art Festival portfolio. Was fitting for 2024 since it was the year of the dragon. Had really loved this image since I saw it fully revealed, so when Jim posted about it being auctioned on Comic Connect, I knew I wanted to go for it. Happy I was able to get it in the end.

I initially didn't even give this piece a second thought, and it wasn't until Jim posted about it that I went back and appreciated how it mixes the futuristic/mechanical bits with the more traditional/mythological elements. It's a pretty cool combination on display here, so congrats on the pickup!
